This is my tenth year here at St. Joseph Catholic School. I received my undergraduate degree at Cal State Long Beach and my Master's Degree and credential from Pepperdine University. After working in the Kindergarten classroom during my student teaching, I knew this was the grade for me! I am lucky to have the opportunity to teach a grade I love and I am blessed to be part of such a wonderful school!Teaching Philosophy
Education and learning should be fun, exciting and challenging. If young children develop a love for learning at an early age, that love will continue to grow as they do. With the use of hands-on activities, technology and cooperative learning it is my mission to encourage and motivate each child to achieve at their highest level and develop into a life-long learner.
